Although we have never been face to face, you really matter much to me. And it saddens me deeply that despite assurances from the people whom you feel you can trust, yet we lie every day.
In fact, this just in itself literally breaks my heart.

's easy! Just look around how to measure available more and more diet foods, magic diets, fad diets, healthy food and even drugs supposedly designed to make you lose weight, people anyway is becoming more and more overweight and less healthy!
You do not need this or that medical or someone at CNN tell a handful of exaggerated statistics and numbers being misleading all you have to ask is simple:
"Why is it that we have more than ever on the earth at our disposal the twenty-first century medicine's greatest resources, but people just keep gaining weight and getting sick more? "
